Refund Policy

Because the Follow-Up Vault is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact [email protected] within seven days so the issue can be corrected. Custom Dealership Setup work may be canceled before custom work begins. Once research, writing, or customization has started, fees are non-refundable to the extent work has already been performed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
